6.2 Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the services in question.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.

7.2 Upon termination, the user must cease using our services and return any materials provided by Rankproud Technology.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rankproud Technology is located.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
